Soup Season

It's harvest time and that means the farmer's market is loaded with goodies. On this rainy day I cut up some butternut squash & some carrots. Steamed them till mushy. Pureed & added grated ginger & coconut milk. Yummy. To make it grown up just pan fry up some fresh sage leaves in earth balance or butter til crispy. And top each bowl with 1 or 3 leaves. Stay dry & warm.
